A group of volunteers led by the Garfield Center for the Arts and many local organizations including Main Street Chestertown, Chestertown RiverArts, and Kent School are working to create a fun wizarding weekend for next year!
Originally created to celebrate the spirit and theme of Harry Potter and promote our local community and its arts, the Festival has since blossomed into a celebration of all things magical.
